I’ve finally updated my Parallax Tools add-on to version 3. Now, thanks to built-in AI, you can convert ordinary 2D images to 3D meshes directly within After Effects or Premiere Pro.
The add-on interface has undergone significant improvements. It’s now much more user-friendly, and in this video, I’ll guide you through all the new features.

Convert 2D image to 3D in just a few clicks
In previous versions of Parallax Tools, preparing a 3D mesh required additional time and effort. Now it’s much simpler — converting from 2D to 3D takes just a couple of clicks:
- Select the image you want to convert directly in the Motion Bro plugin.
- Click the convert button and wait for the process to complete.
That’s it!
Next, you can view your 3D mesh in the Motion Bro 3D viewport. If you’re satisfied with the result, simply add the mesh directly to your timeline.
Free vs Full Version
You can choose between two versions of AI Parallax Tools:
- The Free Version converts 3D meshes with low-quality texture (480p) — suitable for mobile videos.
- The Full Version keeps the original image quality, so even with close-ups, your 3D mesh looks sharp if your source image is high-res
