Important fix for frame stuttering during transitions in Premiere Pro

What was fixed

Some Premiere Pro users might have encountered a bug – sometimes the clips inside a transition could shift by a single frame forward or backward. This could also cause a frame stutter effect during transitions. The problem typically occurred when the frame rate of the sequence and clips was different from 30 fps or 60 fps.

Now transitions work smoothly without any stuttering effect for all popular frame rates, including 24, 25, 30, 50, 60, and 100 fps.
