Refund Policy

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in Motion Bro products and here you will learn what to expect and what steps to take if for any reason you want to refund your purchase. Because our products are sold primarily through the Gumroad platform, these policies apply only to those of our products that were purchased through gumroad.com. If a problem with the use of our products falls within the terms of this refund policy, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Try free versions of our products

If in doubt, you can try our free products before purchasing paid ones. Basically, free packages have the same settings and capabilities that paid products have, the only difference is that paid products have a larger number of presets and a greater variety of styles. Before you make a refund request

If you have any difficulties using our products, before requesting a refund, we recommend that you visit our Help Center, where you can find a possible solution to the problem. If you do not find a solution in the help center, please contact us here and we will try to help solve the problem as soon as possible.


Refund within 14 days of purchase

If you experience technical problems using our products, you have the right to make a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase in the following cases:

  1. The product is “not as described” 

    If the product is not as described, please contact us. If the problem is not resolved within 72 hours, you are entitled to a refund.

  2. The product does not work properly

    If the product does not work properly and technical problems occur during use, please contact us and provide detailed information about the problems encountered. If we are unable to resolve the problem within 72 hours, you are entitled to a refund.

  3. Product purchased by mistake

    If you accidentally added a product to your cart and paid for it, you are entitled to a refund, provided that the product was not downloaded and the product License key was not used.

  4. Customer support was not provided

    If you have attempted to contact us for customer support and have not received a response within 72 hours of your request, you are entitled to a refund.


Refund request will not be considered

We do not consider refund requests in the following cases:

  1. More than 14 days have passed since purchase

    An exception is if the 14-day period has been exceeded due to a late response from the support team.

  2. After purchase, you no longer need the product

    If after purchasing the product you no longer need it or you change your mind about using the product, this cannot be a reason for a refund.

  3. You do not have enough experience to use the product

    If you are not experienced in using our products, or have no experience with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro, this cannot be a reason for a refund. Detailed tutorials on using our products can be found on this page.

  4. Your computer or software does not meet the technical requirements to use the product

    If your computer does not meet the minimum technical requirements, this cannot be a reason for a refund. If you do not have the minimum required version of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro installed, this is also cannot be a reason for a refund.   5. You do not provide a clear explanation as to why you are entitled to a refund

    If you believe that the problem you encountered while using our products falls under the terms of this refund policy, please provide all necessary information (detailed description of the problem, screenshot or video screen capture, etc.)
