Thank you for your interest in Motion Bro products. This document explains what you can expect and what steps to take if, for any reason, you wish to request a refund for your purchase. As our products are primarily sold through the Gumroad platform, these policies apply only to purchases made on gumroad.com. If an issue with our products falls within the scope of this refund policy, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Try free versions of our products
If you have any doubts, you can try our free products before purchasing paid ones. Generally, free packages offer the same features and settings as paid products; the main difference is that paid products include a larger number of presets and a wider variety of styles. Before requesting a refund
If you experience any difficulties using our products, we recommend that you visit our Help Center before requesting a refund, where you may find a solution to your problem. If you do not find a solution in the Help Center, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
Refund within 14 days of purchase
If you experience technical issues with our products, you are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date in the following cases:
The product is “not as described”
If the product does not match its description, please contact us and provide a screenshot or screen recording explaining the issue. If the problem is not resolved within 72 hours, you are entitled to a refund.
The product does not work properly
If the product is not functioning correctly and you encounter technical problems during use, please contact us and provide a screenshot or screen recording explaining the issue. If we are unable to resolve the problem within 72 hours, you are entitled to a refund.
Product purchased by mistake
If you accidentally purchased a product and have not downloaded it or used the license key, you are entitled to a refund.
Customer support was not provided
If you have contacted us for support and have not received a response within 72 hours of your request, you are entitled to a refund.
Refund request will not be considered
We do not consider refund requests in the following cases:
More than 14 days have passed since purchase
Exception: If the 14-day period was exceeded due to a delayed response from our support team, your request may still be considered.
You no longer need the product
If you decide that you no longer need the product after purchase, or if you change your mind, this is not a valid reason for a refund.
Insufficient experience using the product
Lack of experience with our products, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere Pro, is not a valid reason for a refund. Detailed tutorials on using our products can be found on this page.
Your computer or software does not meet the technical requirements to use the product
If your system does not meet the minimum technical requirements or if you do not have the required version of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro, this is not a valid reason for a refund. Technical requirements are listed on this page.
Failure to provide a clear explanation for your refund request
If you believe your issue is covered by this refund policy, please provide all necessary information (a detailed description of the problem, screenshots, or video screen recordings, etc.).
