Commercial or personal use

When purchasing our products through the Gumroad marketplace, you can choose between licenses for commercial use and for personal use. Here is a comparison between these two types of licenses:

Commercial use

One end user can use Motion Bro presets in unlimited video projects, including commercial ones. Commercial projects can be considered those for the creation of which the user takes a fee, or the final video will subsequently be sold or used in commercial events.

IMPORTANT! You can only sell the final rendered video. You cannot sell a project file (such as AEP, PRPROJ, or MOGRT) that includes Motion Bro presets.

Commercial use examples

Example 1: Freelancer or studio, using Motion Bro presets, create a video project. For the rendered video file of the project, a reward will be received from the customer.

Example 2: Motion Bro presets are used in a video project, the rendered video file of which will be broadcast at commercial events, such as TV, film distribution, a concert, sports competitions, etc.

Example 3: Motion Bro presets were used in a video project, the rendered video file of which will be sold, for example, on video stocks.

Personal use

One end user can use Motion Bro presets in an unlimited number of non-commercial video projects. Non-commercial projects can be considered those that were not made to order or are not used for subsequent sale.

Example of non-commercial use

Example 1: A user, using Motion Bro presets, creates a video project, the rendered video file of which will be posted on social networks, such as YouTube, Instagram, and so on. Monetization of such videos is allowed.

Example 2: A user, using Motion Bro presets, creates a video project, the rendered video file of which will be used for some non-commercial event, such as a birthday, a party, etc.
