Solving problems when installing a preset package

Installation failed. Corrupted package

If you encounter this error, it is likely that the plugin does not have access rights to the directory for installing preset packages. To solve this problem, try the following solutions:

  1. Make sure that the installed packages are not stored in a system folder (such as ‘Program Files’ or ‘…Adobe > CEP > extensions’) or any other folder with restricted rights.
  2. Try running After Effects or Premiere Pro as an administrator and try installing the preset package again.

Incorrect purchase code

If you receive a message about an incorrect purchase code, please try the following solutions:

  1. Make sure you have copied the purchase code completely and without unnecessary characters.
  2. Check that you use the purchase code for the exact product you are trying to activate.

Connection error

The Motion Bro plugin requires internet access during product activation. If a connection error occurs during activation, please try the following solutions:

  1. Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
  2. Check that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking After Effects or Premiere Pro from accessing the internet.
  3. If there are no problems with the internet, try turning on your VPN app.
