Motion Bro Service License Agreement

This License Agreement is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Berdyugin Danil Alexandrovich, doing business as Motion Bro and registered under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (“Motion Bro”, “we”, “us”, or “Licensor”), to any individual or entity that accesses the Motion Bro website, installs the Motion Bro plugin, downloads a free product, or purchases a Motion Bro digital product (“you” or “Licensee”).

The Motion Bro service includes the website at https://motionbro.com/, the free Motion Bro plugin for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere, digital preset packages, sound effects, templates, tools, product documentation, license keys, and related support materials.

By using the service, downloading the plugin, claiming a free product, or purchasing a paid product, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service or the products.

Direct checkout and marketplace links

Motion Bro products are primarily sold through Paddle checkout on motionbro.com. Paddle provides the checkout, payment, tax handling, billing, receipt, fraud prevention, refund, and dispute tools for Paddle transactions. Depending on Paddle’s checkout terms and your location, Paddle may also have merchant of record or reseller responsibilities for the payment-side transaction. Paddle does not create Motion Bro products and is not the licensor of Motion Bro product files. Paddle’s buyer terms, checkout terms, privacy notice, tax handling, payment methods, fraud checks, and statutory refund or withdrawal processes may apply to the checkout, payment, tax, receipt, dispute, and buyer support parts of your transaction.

Some products or fallback purchase links may be made available through Gumroad. Gumroad is an independent marketplace. When you choose a Gumroad fallback link, you leave Motion Bro’s direct checkout flow and buy through Gumroad under Gumroad’s own marketplace terms, checkout, delivery, payment, tax, refund, and account processes.

Motion Bro remains the supplier and licensor of the Motion Bro digital product unless a product page clearly identifies a third-party creator or marketplace seller.

License grant

After a valid purchase, free claim, or other authorized access, Motion Bro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased or claimed digital product under this Agreement.

Unless a product page states otherwise:

• one license is for one end user;
• one end user may install and use the product on up to two devices they control, such as a desktop computer and a laptop;
• you may use the product to create an unlimited number of final rendered videos within the license type you purchased or claimed;
• paid licenses are lifetime licenses for the purchased product version and compatible future use, subject to this Agreement;
• updates may be provided without additional charge at Motion Bro’s discretion.

No ownership of source files, preset files, plugin code, trademarks, or other intellectual property is transferred to you.

Personal and commercial use

If a product offers separate Personal and Commercial license options, the selected license type controls your permitted use.

Personal use allows one end user to use Motion Bro products in an unlimited number of non-commercial video projects. Non-commercial projects include personal, educational, portfolio, social media, and similar projects that are not made to order and are not themselves sold as commercial deliverables. Monetized videos on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and similar social media platforms are allowed under a Personal license if the project is otherwise non-commercial.

Commercial use allows one end user to use Motion Bro products in an unlimited number of video projects, including paid work, client projects, advertising, broadcasts, film distribution, concerts, sports events, business content, video stock deliverables, and other professional or revenue-generating projects.

You may sell, license, publish, broadcast, distribute, or otherwise monetize only the final rendered video or other final rendered output created with Motion Bro products, within the license type you purchased.

If you are unsure which license applies, contact Motion Bro before purchase.

Restrictions

You may not:

• sell, resell, sublicense, share, rent, lease, publish, upload, or redistribute Motion Bro product packages, preset files, extracted product files, source files, private download links, license keys, or account access;
• upload Motion Bro product files to public file-sharing services, stock marketplaces, template marketplaces, or open repositories;
• sell or distribute a template, preset pack, project package, source package, or similar editable product where Motion Bro product files are included as reusable assets or are the primary value;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, bypass licensing, or attempt to extract protected plugin functionality except where mandatory law allows it;
• use Motion Bro products in a way that infringes third-party rights, violates law, or misleads others about authorship or affiliation.

You may store project files and product files in private storage for your own backup and workflow, provided that access is not shared with unauthorized users.

Motion Bro plugin

The Motion Bro plugin is provided free of charge for use with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. You may install the plugin on devices you control. The plugin may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

The Motion Bro plugin may be available through Adobe Exchange or other Adobe distribution channels as a third-party plugin for Adobe applications. Unless Adobe or Motion Bro expressly states otherwise, Adobe is not the licensor, seller, support provider, or refund provider for Motion Bro products purchased or claimed through Motion Bro, Paddle, Gumroad, or other non-Adobe channels.

Adobe, After Effects, Premiere, Creative Cloud, and Adobe Exchange are trademarks or registered trademarks of Adobe or its affiliates.

Delivery and activation

After a successful purchase or free claim, Motion Bro provides access to the relevant product through email, license keys, account access, claim flows, or other delivery methods described at checkout, on the product page, or in the receipt email.

When you buy directly on motionbro.com through Paddle checkout, Motion Bro may automatically create a Motion Bro account for the checkout email address so that you can access purchased products, receipts, downloads, support, and license keys through Motion Bro infrastructure.

Some products require activation with a license key, purchase code, account email, or receipt claim flow. You are responsible for entering accurate checkout and claim information and for keeping access credentials secure.

Support

Motion Bro provides product support through the Help Center and contact form at https://motionbro.com/contact/.

For product-specific technical issues, Motion Bro will make reasonable efforts to help. Unless a product page says otherwise, priority product support is available for six months after purchase. Support after that period may be provided at Motion Bro’s discretion.

Payment, card, wallet, tax invoice, subscription, fraud review, marketplace account, and checkout account issues may need to be handled by Paddle or Gumroad, depending on whether you used Motion Bro’s direct Paddle checkout or a Gumroad marketplace link.

Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds are handled according to the Motion Bro Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply in your country or region. Paddle may apply its own buyer, refund, tax, and dispute processes for direct Paddle checkout transactions. Gumroad may apply its own marketplace refund, tax, and dispute processes for purchases made through Gumroad.

Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Intellectual property

Motion Bro products, plugin files, website materials, graphics, product previews, documentation, brand assets, and related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Motion Bro or the relevant rights holder.

Third-party community products may contain rights owned by their respective creators. Product pages may identify additional usage terms where applicable.

Disclaimers

The service, plugin, products, files, presets, documentation, and support are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Motion Bro does not guarantee that the service or products will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Adobe version, compatible with every operating system, or suitable for every project. Product pages and documentation may list supported software versions and technical requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion Bro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, production delays, or loss of opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion Bro’s total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid to Motion Bro for that specific product.

Termination

Motion Bro may suspend or terminate access to products, updates, support, or license keys if you breach this Agreement, misuse the service, infringe third-party rights, attempt to bypass licensing, or provide false or abusive information.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Service availability and long-term access

Motion Bro intends to keep the website, downloads, license services, updates, and support available, but online services are not guaranteed to be available forever or without interruption.

A lifetime license means a long-term license to use the product files you have lawfully downloaded, subject to this Agreement. It does not guarantee lifetime availability of Motion Bro servers, user accounts, download links, license activation services, updates, compatibility updates, customer support, or any particular online feature.

Motion Bro may change, suspend, discontinue, migrate, or limit parts of the service, including download delivery, license activation, account access, product updates, support channels, and free services, for technical, business, legal, security, marketplace, force majeure, or operational reasons.

If Motion Bro plans to permanently discontinue a material paid download or license access service, we will try to provide reasonable notice or an alternative access method where practical, but this may not always be possible.

Changes

Motion Bro may update this Agreement from time to time by posting a revised version on the website. The “Last updated” date will show the current version. Material changes will not reduce mandatory consumer rights that apply to previous purchases.
