This Privacy Policy explains how Motion Bro collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use https://motionbro.com/, the Motion Bro plugin, Motion Bro account and download services, our checkout flows, free claim flows, contact forms, support channels, and related services.

• Gumroad as an independent marketplace and optional fallback purchase destination. If you choose a Gumroad link, the purchase, checkout, payment, delivery, taxes, receipts, refunds, and buyer support may be handled by Gumroad under Gumroad’s own terms and privacy notice;
• hosting, CDN, security, and anti-abuse providers, including Cloudflare or similar services;
• Motion Bro account, license, download, and claim infrastructure;
• email, contact form, support, and file attachment systems.

These providers may process personal information under their own privacy notices where they act independently, especially during checkout.

When you buy directly on motionbro.com through the Paddle checkout, Paddle handles the payment-side checkout responsibilities described above. Motion Bro receives or stores the information needed to create your Motion Bro account, issue and verify your license key, provide access to purchased products, support the transaction, and keep required legal and accounting records.

When you follow a Gumroad fallback link, you leave Motion Bro’s direct checkout flow and interact with Gumroad’s marketplace. Motion Bro may later receive or keep only the information needed to provide support, verify access, or keep required business records for that purchase.

International service

Motion Bro is an international digital marketplace and software service. Personal information may be processed in the countries where Motion Bro, our infrastructure, checkout providers, marketplaces, hosting providers, support tools, and other service providers operate.
