Seamless Transitions – Fixed ‘File Import Failure’ in Premiere Pro 2024.6 or higher

After updating Premiere Pro to version 2024.6 or higher, some users got the error ‘File Import Failure: Motion Graphics Template Mediaundefined‘ when importing a transition to the timeline.

This issue has just been fixed. Please reinstall all seamless transition packages. At the activation stage, the problematic script file will be updated to the fixed one.

Hello, I have a problem with Motion Bro 5.05 Toko Graphics for Premiere Pro: for some time now, when I put a Toko on my timeline, the following message appears: evalscript error. Can you tell me what it is? Thank you.”

After installing Motion Bro 4.5 and getting it set up within Premiere Pro, the plugin does not open up a file window to import the GLB when I click the “Loop – Import GLB File” button. I have restarted Premiere but it still does not open when I click. If I double click, it gives a message saying ” The preset is uploading, please wait”, but after a few minutes of waiting, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong?

It’s possible that the import window is located under the Premiere Pro interface. I’ll fix this in the new version of the plugin, which will be available soon.
