Installation failed. Corrupted package
If you encounter this error, it is likely that the plugin does not have access rights to the directory for installing preset packages. To solve this problem, try the following solutions:
- Make sure that the installed packages are not stored in a system folder (such as ‘Program Files’ or ‘…Adobe > CEP > extensions’) or any other folder with restricted rights.
- Try running After Effects or Premiere Pro as an administrator and try installing the preset package again.
Incorrect purchase code
If you receive a message about an incorrect purchase code, please try the following solutions:
- Make sure you have copied the purchase code completely and without unnecessary characters.
- Check that you use the purchase code for the exact product you are trying to activate.
Connection error
The Motion Bro plugin requires internet access during product activation. If a connection error occurs during activation, please try the following solutions:
- Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.
- Check that your firewall or antivirus software is not blocking After Effects or Premiere Pro from accessing the internet.
- If there are no problems with the internet, try turning on your VPN app.
When trying to use a transition from the starter pack, it says media offline?
When I click extension and click Motion Bro 5.1.4, it says to I stall package. I click select package and only file I have is .zxp (I unzipped and still only this file). When I click this file it says mbr can’t be found.

motion bro stop working first, start asking me for activation code again. I reset it and tried to install the packages but is always and error. I try to download again but it is the same. (currently i have 5.1.4

I have Motion Bro 4.5.0 and the new Videolancer 3D Parralax Pluggin installed but does not work at all. The interface looks buggy (everything is oddly spaced text and not buttons). It looks nothing like the advert and when you click on convert to 3D or any other text on the interface for that matter it just redirects you to Motion Bros website home page. What is the issue?

One of the preset package freezes at 98% when installing. How to solve this?

I am getting an error message when when trying to apply Titles from the Toko Graphics Pack. It says, “Unknown error while loading the Motion Graphics template”. Then after I click OK, it says, “new clip not found”. I can see the animated previews, so it should be working. Please help.

I’m using after effect 2019. I followed the right tutorial but it’s not showing up in my AE extension.
how can i uninstall this new extension and install the older version like i deleted the files of this extension and no more extension is showing but the older version is not installing as zxp installer showing that a newer version is still available so the older version is not getting removed

Hello I ran into an issue with The glitch transition pack –
It was working fine & then at some point my after effect did crash and when starting back the project it went with a few errror messages
” This project contains a reference to a missing effect. Please install the following effect to restore this reference. “Displacement Map ”
After that I tried reinstalling the package & it says the same error, restarted pc, reboot after effect, the error remains the same, wondering if there is a known issue or easy fix to this caus’ i’m just stuck right now

You need to log in to your Videohive or Gumroad account where the purchase was made and then download the preset pack from the downloads section.
