Check your email
Immediately after the purchase, the license key will be sent to your email. Copy it and paste it into the product activation popup
If for some reason you can’t find the email with the purchase code, you can find the purchase code in your account (from which the purchase was made) on Gumroad or Videohive.
Purchase code for products from Gumroad
- Log in to your gumroad.com account from which the purchase was made.
- On the library page, click on the product you want to activate in the Motion Bro plugin.
- On the product content page, find the “License key” section.
Purchase code for products from Videohive
- Log in to your videohive.net account from which the purchase was made.
- Go to download section.
- Click the “Download” button on the purchased product and select “License certificate & purchase code.”
- In the downloaded file, you will find your purchase code.
Hello. I purchased the “Seamless Transitions – Starter Pack for Premiere Pro.”
I disabled both the firewall and antivirus settings, and tried entering the code that was sent to me by email, but it says the code is invalid.
What should I do?

In case it helps someone: The purchase code for Envato that is in the text file did not work for me, but the one in the PDF did. Might want to check that if you’re having issues
When I go to put in the purchase code – nothing happens. No error message either. Could this be a firewall issue.

When i install on of the paid packs o asks for the license key, but, when i insert it the plugin goes into a Black screen and stay stuck in there.
Sorry for this inconvenience. Please make sure that your antivirus or firewall is not blocking the Motion Bro plugin from accessing the internet during activation. In the new version of the plugin, I will handle this error so that the interface does not disappear and an alert is displayed.
Hello. I have a problem with activating the code Power Warp – Transitions for After Effects. The code resets every time and I have to reinstall this pack for the code to be applied. Now even that doesn’t help and I get the message “Purchase code is blocked”
When I try to enter my purchase code it says “incorrect format of the purchase code”…
You are probably using a license key from another preset package. Please make sure that you are using a license key from the package you are trying to activate.

Hello, perhaps you are using a license key for another product. Please make sure you are using the license key for the product you are trying to activate.
Video lancer seamless transition starter pack is free download but activation key is not giving them.

It looks like you got the free package before the license key was generated for it. In this case, just get the free package again:
