Unable to find the current project panel

Due to internal limitations of Premiere Pro, the import script cannot always determine the root directory of the current project to correctly import preset files. If an error occurs during preset import, make sure that the current project panel is open. To do this, you can try the following:

  1. On the timeline panel, right-click the name of the current sequence.
  2. In the context menu, select “Reveal Sequence in Project”.

If the issue persists, ensure that the panel displays the root directory “Project: [Project Name]” rather than “Bin: [Bin Name]”.

    I bought both for after efects and premiere, all is working on after effects. But on premiere it stoped working after update that correcte framrate bug.

    It says it “unable to import the presset” This may happen if the required transition/project file or sequence is missing or if the preset package is damaged”

    I tried opening or creating new projects and tried to reinstal the packages again, same error.

    Its frustating because i bought the premiere to save time and not use after efects and now it dont work. My premiere is up to date. (2025)

      How long ago did you download the updated version of the Premiere Pro preset packs? On November 15, 2025, I released another update that resolved the issue you mentioned with importing transitions into Premiere Pro 25.6.

    When I try to apply a transition to a track, the file import window appears, and nothing else happens. If I click on this window, it stops responding, and if I click “Close Window,” Premiere Pro also crashes. Premiere pro 2023

    Subject: Missing 3D Pan Transition in the Premiere Pro Pack

    Hi,
    I recently purchased your Premiere Pro plugin from Envato, and I noticed that the promotional page mentions a “3D Pan” transition included in the package. However, I couldn’t find this effect anywhere inside the files after installation.

    Could you please let me know:
    – Where exactly can I find the “3D Pan” transition?
    – Or is it not actually included in the current version of the pack?

    I’m also encountering the ‘Unable to find the current project panel’ error in Premiere Pro. I’ve tried following the suggested steps to right-click the sequence and ‘Reveal Sequence In Project,’ but the issue persists. Is there another solution or something I might be missing?

    I just bought the “Videolancers transitions for premiere pro” and can’t make it work
    Everytime I try to aply any effect, the following mensage appears: “Unable to find the current project panel”
    I tried different MotionBro versions: motionbro 4, motionbro 5
    I tried in premiere pro 2024 and the 2025 version
    I also checked the Help Center: “https://motionbro.com/help/unable-to-find-the-current-project-panel/” then I did all the procedures in the page and read the comments and nothing worked for me
    All my other packs in motionbro works, only the “Videolancers transitions for premiere pro” its not working
    Can you help me ASAP?

    Hello, when I add transitions a message appears – Please try the following: 1. Right-click the current sequence name on the timeline panel. 2. Select ‘Reveal Sequence in Project’ from the context menu. I have version 5.06, I downloaded everything from the official site. I tried the tips that are on the site, they do not help. Premier pro 2014

    Hello, I have followed the instructions but I keep getting a “Unexpected error: undefined is not an object (964)” error message. This only happens for that particular project, and the transitions work as per usual in other projects.

    I am using version 4.5.1 and downloaded the free templates from the homepage. After installing I open Premiere and use the templates and get this error message “There is no sequence ID for this project”

    Your preset doesn’t work in Premiere Pro because the license hasn’t been activated. Once you copy the license code, make sure you are connected to the internet and that your preset is bound to work. Trust me on this one.

    All of the transitions that I try to add in Premier Pro say “This preset does not apply to Premier Pro”. Can you tell me what ones will apply to Premier Pro as I am struggling to find them. Thanks.

    Hey i just purchase the seamless transitions and when i select the place between two cuts to place it it states ”Motion Graphics Template Mediaundefined”
    File format not supported.

    Please answer- When i try to apply Motion bro – Presets – Simple Transform – Shake, the Script alert saying, ” SELECT TWO NEIGHBORING CLIPS OR A CUT TRANSITION CLIP ” in Adobe Premier Pro.

    Здравствуйте. Скажите, как исправить проблему. В лицензионном Premiere Pro 2024 при добавлении переходов из “Simple Slide, Zipper, Basic Transitions, Original Seamless Transitions показывает такую ошибку – “there is no sequence id for this project motion bro premiere pro”.
    В то же время из Free Presets переходы на Timeline устанавливаются.
    Прошу подскажите как исправить данную ошибку.

    Yes I tried the demo and the problem happen with the transition pack all the time, “There is no sequencer ID for this project “. Weird thing is this issue only happen with TRANSITION packs, other such as title, graphic element work fine.

    Still unable to see in timeline, when i try to add. it says “The preset is uploading, please wait”
    After that i get folder. But not apply in timeline. I cant even drag and drop inside folder

    Hi, I just purchased the 3333 transitions pack and I’m attempting to apply them to my sequence and getting the error;

    Script Alert

    “select two neighboring clips or a cut-transition clip”

    This doesn’t happen with the motion bro free presets.

    Any transition I try add to my sequence I’m getting this message. I’m running the latest motion bro plug in and premier pro 2023 fully updated.

    What do I need to do to fix this?
