To work with the Motion Bro plugin, you must have After Effects or Premiere Pro software installed on your computer. You can install the Motion Bro plugin through Creative Cloud Desktop App or manually.

Installing the plugin through Creative Cloud Desktop
Ensure the Adobe Creative Cloud app is installed on your computer and signed in to your account.
- Launch the Creative Cloud Desktop app on your computer.
- In the search section, type “Motion Bro”.
- Go to the plugin search page.
- The search results will display the Motion Bro plugin. Click the Install button.
- Confirm the installation and wait for the plugin installation to complete.
- To launch the plugin, in After Effects or Premiere Pro go to: Window > Extensions > Motion Bro x.x.x
Installing with the ZXP/UXP Installer
You can install any plugin for Adobe applications using the free ZXP/UXP Installer.
Download ZXP (v6.1.3)Manual installation
You can to install the plugin manually. To do this, please download the zip file below – it contains the plugin folder. Extract the plugin folder to the directory where the extensions for Adobe are stored.
Download ZIP (v6.1.3)
If you are a Windows user, extract the plugin folder into directory:
Program Files (x86) > Common Files > Adobe > CEP > extensions
If you are a macOS user, extract the plugin folder into directory:
Library > Application Support > Adobe > CEP > extensions

It seems I don’t quite understand what the problem is. Does the plugin or the presets not work in After Effects 2021?
The plugin, i placed Motion bro folder to (programfile86->commom files->adobe->cep->extensions) and even tried (programfiles->adobe->adobe ae 2021->support files->plug-ins->extensions) and then i dont see that in (Window > Extensions )
Hola yo si logré instalarlo, en Adobe 2025 sin problemas, pero luego dejo de funcionar cuando le doy APPLY a las transiciones no es la primera vez que me sucede usando la version gratuita, pero estos pequeños bugs me desaniman a comprar la licencia de pago la verdad. Espero tengan una solucion por favor, ya reinstale el plugin, lo volvi a instalar, reinstale el premiere, reinstale el zxp installer y el problema persiste de las 3 maneras que he intentado resolverlo, ya borré tmb la caché de premiere y la de motion bro, pero nada, voy a trabajar mis transiciones en after effects normalmente alli no tengo problemas con el plugin, pero en premiere suele suceder muy seguido. Gracias por su atención.

I cannot unzip this file it keeps saying the file that Im trying to unzip is not a mbr. I tried opening it with AE same thing it keeps saying its unsupported. I am lost and dont know how to use a computer all that great and just paid for the power warp and would like to use it please help me understand how to go about it. I might need a mbr reader if thats even a thing, Im using a macbook pro if you could please provide me with some help I would greatly appreciate it.

I updated the new version in the adobe creative cloud and restarted PrPro and also I downloaded the file and unzipped it. I can see the new version in Prpro but it says I need to drag a .MBR file? I cannot find such file in the downloaded file and can’t remember this from the old version… very confusing unfortunatley.

Been using Motion bro since the first release. This time I did everything the same way to install, but it just doesn’t add to the extensions (when I check the tab – no “MotionBro 4.0” there. I tried the ZXP installer – nothing. Tried manual installation – still nothing. What could be the reason?
